Delivery and returns

Tissot Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return any unworn, undamaged item(s) purchased on the US Tissot Online Store within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of purchase price. We do not accept returns for items purchased in-store or from third party retailers.

We currently offer free returns for watch purchases. Strap only purchases are excluded from free returns and must be returned at customer's expense.

Free Shipping Policy

Orders including a watch qualify for free domestic standard shipping. This does not cover expedited shipping, which is available for an extra fee.

Extended Holiday Returns

Orders placed between November 15 and December 17 can be returned until January 17.

Holiday Shipping Deadline

Due to a high volume of orders, there may be shipment delays. For the best chance of delivery by December 25, place your order by December 19. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery by December 25.

Black Friday/Cyber Monday Event

If a watch is returned without the free strap, the price of the strap will be deducted from the refund amount. If only the free strap is returned, we will not be able to issue any refund. Offer is limited to one free strap per order, while supplies last. Offer does not apply if two straps of the same style number are in the cart.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:

Watch Returns: 

To request a return for a watch, click Tracking and returns request and follow the instructions below. You can also find the return instructions on the packing slip.    

1.    On the Return Request page, enter your order information including order id and email address.

2.    The Order Information page will appear. At the top of the page select “Register a Return.”

3.    Fill out the return form. Your FedEx return label will then be emailed to your email address associated with your order.

4.    Print your label, carefully package your return, and drop off at your local FedEx location. 

 

Strap Only Returns:

A return shipping fee will apply for strap only purchases. To return a strap, follow the instructions below.
1.    Please complete the form on the back of the packing slip and enclose it with your returned merchandise.

2.    In order to expedite your return, you must choose the appropriate reason code for your return.

3.    Carefully package merchandise to prevent damage in transit.

4.    Send package using a carrier of your choice to the following address:

REFUND:

Once we receive your return package, we will confirm that the returned product satisfies the conditions of the return policy (as specified below). We will process and issue your refund to the original form of payment within 14 days of receiving the return package. 

 

CONDITIONS:

In order to receive a full refund, your return must meet the following criteria:

  • Merchandise must be delivered within the last 30 days of delivery.
  • Any watch or strap must be unworn, undamaged and cannot be customized.
  • Items need to be returned with original packaging including warranty cards, user manual, gift with purchase and extra links. 
     

DEFECTIVE OR MISSING MERCHANDISE:

Any items returned that fail quality inspection from Customer Service (scratched, worn, damaged) will be returned to you and no refund will be issued. If an item is returned without all of its original components, the following charges will apply:

  • Missing Gift with Purchase: Value of gift will be deducted from refund
  • Missing Box: $25
  • Missing User Manual: $20

We carefully package and inspect your order prior to shipment. However, in the case that you receive defective or incorrect merchandise, please reach out to Customer Service at 1-866-462-0050 within 48 hours of receiving your order so that we can assist accordingly.

Please note: Rubber strap replacements can be ordered at an additional cost with Customer Service at 1-866-462-0050.
