Job Description
As an Assistant Store Manager with Tissot, the position will responsible for assisting in directing the efforts of, and is responsible for, the results of the store and sales associates. This includes but is not limited to: accomplishing and exceeding store wide sales targets, providing support to Store Manager, assist in training; coaching of retail staff, retaining and building client relationships, as well as actively seek new client relationships. This person must be energetic and enthusiastic, be willing to engage customers with a sales-minded attitude, and display pride in our stores through strong work ethics, organizational skills and cleanliness. You will the brand, inside and outside the boutique.
The Role
As a Sales Associate, you will be an integral part of the team, providing exceptional customer service, driving sales and contributing to the overall success of the store.
This opportunity is Part Time (approx 20 hours per week) in our Mid City Boutique.
- Ensure the highest level of customer service is being upheld at all times
- Work as a team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Help develop client database by building strong relationships
- Assist with daily merchandising and stock management
- Building knowledge base of the Tissot brand and collections through regular training and development

Afin de compléter notre équipe Marketing & Sales Swiss Market, nous sommes à la recherche d’un-e stagiaire pour une durée de 9 à 12 mois. Vos missions principales seront les suivantes :
- Assurer le suivi des demandes adressées à l’équipe Marketing pour le Marché Suisse (boîte email notamment) ;
- Participer à l’organisation d’événements (envois de gifts, ticketing, coordination de la restauration) ;
- Gérer les commandes SAP pour le matériel interne (suivi des stocks, mise à jour des listes Excel, vérification des disponibilités) ;
- Effectuer des commandes SAP pour le matériel destiné aux points de ventes ;
- Assurer l’hospitalité lors des réunions du Marché Suisse (réservation de transport, salles de réunion) ;
- Traiter les demandes de montres : compléter les formulaires, assurer le suivi avec la logistique et superviser les expéditions ;
- Apporter un soutien ponctuel à l’équipe Marketing Swiss Market pour diverses demandes ;
- Agir en tant que point de contact pour nos influenceurs partenaires de la marque : envoi des montres et vérification du contenu selon le calendrier d’activation.

Duties / Responsibilities / Competences
Sales & Operations
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Support and control sales staffs in all SIS (department stores) to ensure staffs’ performance and discipline.
- Manage staffs working schedule and rotation plan on monthly basis to improve the efficiency.
- Prepare monthly POS visit and competitors / market survey report.
- Coordinate with other departments on sales staff issues (communication, staff reimbursement, leave, probation, OT and commission calculation, etc.)
- Staff training (product knowledge, sale technique, selling point) and represent brand on field visit and E-commerce.
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies aligned with the brand identity and follow as our global gudiline.
- Conduct stock take (inventory check) in all POS ( SIS,Kiosk,POP Up and Boutique)
- Liaise with logistics to monitor inventory level and arrange replenishment.
- Manage POS materials and visuals across all channels.
- Coorodinate Pop up and roadshow activities with finance and logistics departments, suppliers and buyers to ensure that the plan are well set up (display preparation, visual, layout, stock, promotion, sales staff assigmnet).
- Prepare purchase requisition (PR) and purchase order (PO) payment process.

Your responsibilities
- Design of Tissot boutiques, shop-in-shops, kiosks and pop-up stores following the brand’s design & technical guidelines.
- Creation of a full set of technical drawings and 3D renders, as well as project management of development from external agencies.
- Provide creative and technical support to local teams and professionals on Tissot retail concepts.
- Propose innovative solutions to improve standard furniture menu with the latest trends, materials, lighting and digital technologies.
- Communicate with Visual Merchandising and dedicated project managers as well as the Retailer’s technical department in order to ensure that all designs are approved by all parties involved, within a set time schedule and budget.
- Liaise with the contractors, as well as the internal and external teams in order to control and approve construction drawings and materials, pilot the project to ensure successful and well-executed installations, on time and on budget.
- Travel on site for the important projects in order to check the quality of the build.
