As a Retail Keyholder with Tissot U.S., and the position will responsible for or demonstrating outstanding customer service and leadership on the selling floor. You will be expected to help build and implement client outreach initiatives, build brand awareness, assist in daily operations of the store. All positions support and assists management team in achieving all customer service and sales goals initiatives. The Keyholder assist management in leading the team of associates to ensure operational tasks and procedures are successful as well as opening and closing routines are completed, all while keeping the customer at the forefront. Key Responsibilities Sales • Greet and serve all customers providing a friendly service and delivering a full and memorable experience. • Ensure familiarity with the product range, past and present, so that customers can be provided with as much detail as necessary. • Ensure good knowledge of all functions of watches and other Tissot products. • Provide reliable information to customers in all matters relating to sales and customer service. • Help display merchandise as directed. • Contribute to the store reaching its monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets. • Deliver exceptional customer service to every customer, every time. Security •Assist in controlling shrinkage by attentive action on the shop floor, merchandise handling, accident prevention and careful operation of the till and administration policies and procedures. • Maintain/build a general awareness of products and security hot spots. • Follow Company policy and procedures for opening/closing the store. • Maintain correct processing of all deliveries. Cash Handling/Payment Transactions • All transactions to be handled in a responsible and secure way. • Till functions, cashing up, payments and general duties. • Dealing with, and handling of, cash, credits cards and international currency. Care of the Store • Ensure the store is kept clean and presentable at all times. • Back of house and shop floor are both just as important. • Health and Safety aware. • Good Visual Merchandising standards. Communication • Adhere to company policies and regulations. • Attend briefing sessions as directed by your line manager. • Can present, and conduct, themselves in a professional manner to both customers and colleagues. • Can deal with international customers and familiar with their customs and culture. • Can communicate clearly to consumers and colleagues. Product Knowledge • Attend regular training days. • Take responsibility, and be self-motivated and pro-active, to understand all new products and apply training and instructions. • Be able to deliver good product knowledge to our customers. En tant qu’apprenti-e logisticien-ne, tu es chargé-e de la gestion professionnelle de nos montres et composants. Tu les réceptionnes, les contrôles et les prépares pour les stocker avec compétence. Des chariots élévateurs sont utilisés afin de les empiler et de les transporter. La mise à disposition des produits conformes aux besoins de nos clients dans le monde entier et le contrôle régulier des stocks font également partie de tes missions. Tu emballes et étiquètes, tu établis les bulletins de livraison et charges les véhicules conformément aux prescriptions.
