Tissot services are divided in two categories: the complete maintenance service and the partial maintenance service. To learn more about the prices, click on the corresponding category.
The lists below of recommended prices for services are the prices applied by the official Customer Service Centres of The Swatch Group Ltd.’s affiliated company in the country where you are located, including Tissot SA in Switzerland. However, these lists of recommended prices for services are only indicative regarding the services carried out by agreed third parties service centers which may apply other prices.
The lists of recommended prices for Tissot services are subject to change.
Light intervention :
Battery replacement, shortening of the strap or bracelet and waterproofing check.

Partial maintenance :
Partial maintenance service of your timepiece includes the following operations:
- Checking the function of the movement according to the Tissot quality standard.
- Case and metal bracelet cleaning.
- Replacement of the crown, pushers/corrector, crystal (except shaped mineral crystals and sapphire crystals), gaskets, battery if quartz calibre.
- Restoration and checking of the water resistance of above mentioned parts and testing according to TISSOT specifications.
- Technical and aesthetical final check in compliance with the Tissot quality standard.

Complete maintenance :
Complete maintenance service of your timepiece includes the following operations:
- Opening of the watch case; dismantling of the crown with the winding stem so as to extract the movement with the dial and the hands.
- Dismantling of the movement in its individual parts, revision of the movement and replace worn movement parts, cleaning, oiling, assembling, tuning of the precision and checking the functions of the movement according to the Tissot quality standard or a movement exchange.
- Case and metal bracelet cleaning.
- Replacement of the hands, crown, pushers/corrector, crystal (except shaped mineral crystals and sapphire crystals), gaskets, battery if quartz calibre.
- Restoration and checking of the water resistance of above mentioned parts and testing according to the Tissot specifications.
- Technical and aesthetical final check in compliance with the Tissot quality standard.
